Nathan + Patricia | Indianapolis Proposal Photographer
Posted in Proposals
Is there any better way to spend a Friday night than photographing a surprise proposal on Monument Circle? Of course not! In fact, while I was waiting for Nathan and his fiancée-to-be to arrive at our designated spot, someone else proposed to his girlfriend on the steps just behind us. Love was definitely in the air!
I have been pumped about this proposal ever since Nathan first contacted me back in August. Since he and Patricia had walked along Monument Circle on one of their first dates, he really wanted to incorporate it into his proposal. After lots of emails, and constantly checking the weather forecast (it was originally supposed to rain!), the plan was finally set into place. Nathan took his future bride out to a romantic dinner at The Cerulean Restaurant, followed by a lovely evening stroll through downtown Indy and then he popped the question under the Soldiers and Sailors Monument (all while a secret team of paparazzi photographed the entire thing!) And, of course, she said “yes!” – it was a perfect end to a perfect evening and I could not be more excited for them!
Nathan and Patricia, I can’t thank you enough for allowing me to have captured such an incredible moment in your lives! You guys are an amazing couple and I loved working with you both. Congratulations on your engagement!
