Hobert + Jenn | Wedding at the Milltop Banquet Center, Noblesville IN

I could not be more excited to be posting highlights from Hobert + Jenn’s amazing wedding at the Milltop Banquet Center! Their day began in the morning with the girls getting ready in the loft bridal suite while the guys hung out downstairs in the man cave. Hobert, being the thoughtful guy that he is, sent his bride a number of gifts throughout the day including a bouquet of white roses, pearl earrings and a then matching necklace which coordinated perfectly with her gorgeous lace wedding dress.
The couple opted to do a first look before their ceremony, so I had Jenn walk up to her groom in the exact same spot where the two would exchange vows only a couple hours later. It was a moment filled with lots of laughter, tears, kisses and hugs. After their first look, we roamed around the industrial brick halls and three story staircase, taking full advantage of the natural light to create some absolutely adorable portraits of the bride and groom together. Since we had such incredible weather, we decided to head outside to explore some nearby quaint alleyways of downtown Noblesville. Once we wrapped up bridal portraits, we invited the rest of the wedding party to join us for some more photos against the brick exterior backdrop of the Milltop.
Later that afternoon, guests arrived and began to take their seats for the big ceremony. The bride was escorted down the aisle by her father, and what an emotional walk it turned out to be! Those are, hands down, some of my favorite shots of the entire day! The ceremony was simple and sweet – an excellent reflection of the bride and groom. They made their vows, exchanged rings and shared their very first kiss as husband and wife. After the ceremony, guests were invited to the downstairs gallery for cocktail hour and live piano music while the Milltop staff transformed the ceremony room into an enchanting reception.
The newly married Mr. + Mrs. Montgomery were soon announced into their grand party and immediately cut their wedding cake (no icing smearing or cake-in-face-smashing involved, thankfully). Dinner was served and soon toasts were given by the maid of honor, best man and father of the bride. Shortly afteward, Hobert asked his bride to join him on the dance floor for their very first dance as husband and wife, to the tune of “My Best Friend” by Tim McGraw. It was a perfect fit for these two love birds. Next came the father/daughter dance followed by the mother/son and of course the traditional bouquet and garter toss. Family and friends spent the remainder of the evening celebrating the couple and dancing the night away. A perfect way to end the best day ever!
Hobert + Jenn, I am so honored to have captured your wedding day. Congratulations once again and enjoy your new life as husband and wife!
