Anthony + Hannah | Fall Wedding at The Pinnacle, Maumee Ohio
Posted in Weddings
Anthony and Hannah Samsa married last Saturday in the stained glass sanctuary of the Holy Trinity Lutheran Church where they first met in Toledo, Ohio. Not wanting to wait any longer than necessary, the bride and groom pledged their love to one another at their 10am ceremony on a crisp autumn day. The entire affair was simple and classy, just like the couple. The bride wore a lace dress with a delicate mesh backing lined with buttons and a pair of pale pink wedges that she already owned (which, I have to admit, I absolutely love). Their wedding party was modest with only two attendants on each side. Each bridesmaid wore a deep plum colored dress of her choice, complimenting the charcoal suits worn by the groom and his groomsmen. After the “I Do’s”, guests were invited to a brunch reception at The Pinnacle in nearby Maumee, Ohio. Once the bride and groom were announced into the banquet room, friends and family joined them in feasting on crispy bacon, heart shaped waffles and scrambled egg, all while enjoying the musical ambiance provided by a live jazz trio (see, I told you it was a classy affair). Shortly after brunch, Hannah and Anthony cut into their berry studded cake, made out of doughnut dough and topped with their signature “Hanthany” custom cake topper. The two then proceeded to have their first dance as husband and wife to the tune of “Fly Me To The Moon”, played by their jazz trio. Afterwards, all couples were invited to join the happy couple on the dance floor for another slow dance. Guests finished the afternoon while mingling and enjoying chocolate dusted cappuccinos. Anthony and Hannah, I am so truly honored to have captured such an amazing day. Thank you so much for asking me to be a part of your wedding. I can’t wait to see where life takes you. Congratulations once again!
